Tír na nÓg

Tír na nÓg is a painting depicting Oisín's adventure to the land of Tír na nÓg with Niamh on her magical horse Énbarr. Oisín spent 3 years in Tír na nÓg and was warned by Niamh not to return to Ireland. Oisín went back and discovered 300 years had passed and when he got off his horse to help an old man lift a heavy stone the time caught up with him and he turned to dust.
